6. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Accepted only before dispatch and only if no customization services such as Fall & Pico or Tassel Attachment have been requested.

  • Returns: Accepted only for damaged products or incorrect items delivered. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing irabanaras@gmail.com.

  • Exchanges: Available only for unused, unstitched products in their original condition. Customized products, apparel, and fabrics are not eligible for exchange.

  • Refunds: Issued only if a product is received damaged, an incorrect item is delivered, or the ordered item cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
